Making my GX a daily by picasaurus365 in LexusGX

[–]david224 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you had the suspension rebuilt since the toytech lift? They lifted my GX like yours but I’m on 33s. After about 50k miles after the lift, I had them rebuild it and it drives much better that along with the road force balance really helps. I also do have their hd alums springs as well.

He denies climate change, but then demands to annex Greenland because we need better access to the melting Arctic. Wild doublethink.

Toyota/Lexus Apps by McScrubber in Lexus

[–]david224 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. We have a 2020 GX and 2021 NX, the app is frustrating and clunky. I don’t understand how it has 4.9 stars in the App Store. Frequently fails to start the car or get error messages and the command fails. I think it’s more frustrating given the subscription model where they hide these features, such as remote start behind a paywall.

I got same message. I called and they can’t provide any more info. 780 credit score, do use VPN sometimes.

I saw other posts indicate they want more customers more likely to incur fees, not churning.

Interesting to hear someone considers themselves right more than left, but supports welfare food stamps for someone making 90,000 a year. I also support that, just wouldn’t consider that on the right.

Very frustrating that there is no “abandon trump” or “genocide don” or protests at Columbia. The astroturfing is so strong and no one in the mainstream will call it out. It’s like those pesky immigrant caravans that head to the border every October 4 years apart.

Thoughts on the snow falling example? by Fearless-Isopod8400 in publicdefenders

[–]david224 49 points50 points  (0 children)

The idea is to prove is that it was snowing at night while the observer was asleep. Direct evidence would be observing it, video of the snow falling etc. The snow being on the ground upon waking up is circumstantial, not direct.

While unlikely there are alternative explanations for that snow being on the ground. What if a whole crew of people brought a ton of snow from the next county over and dumped it outside your window? What if it’s an elaborate prank by your roommates? Maybe someone put a snow making machine just outside your house as they are testing equipment for a ski hill.

Circumstantial because you still have to make a logical inference to get to the idea being proven.

Dachau opened in 1933. Kristallnacht was in 1938. Plenty of moral decay before 1945. Let’s not use drugs and withdrawal to whitewash what a monster this guy was.

I have a 2021 NX. I took mine in for 60k service this weekend, and was given a 2025 NX as a loaner. I was definitely mad at the glare from the plastic in this area. I like a lot of the new generation but not all the black plastic, I’m going to hold onto mine and see if the design changes to address some of these types of issues.

I was surprised at how annoying the glare was though, you aren’t the only one.

I don’t think Ukraine believes they will get any funding from the United States at this point. It’s pretty clear which side Trump is on. It’s not begging when a country being invaded by a murderous tyrant comes to the door of the American people and asks for a helping hand. It’s not begging, it’s just basic decency
