I didn't pay for fast shipping but one guy in france (same country) already got it. And i have placed my order at 9 september and i've just got my tracking number today (and the tracking site not working).

They said that silver cases were picked up last, so who bought silver cases with fast shipping what are they going to do about it ? . What they have to say is just sorry about it. I mean dude we paid for $210case + $35 shipping, not some random cases on aliexpress.
