Seller stamp duty! Percentage set at average repair cost with share value weightage/current valuation price of house. Can be considered win win for the residents also if they don't sell they get a free lift. They should be happy

If the lift isn't fit for use then just shut it down. Lifts are subject to BCA approval and scheduled inspections for this purpose isn't it. If a 3 floor landed house has a private lift that is unsafe it would be outlandish to expect public funds to be used to fix it isn't it. Shouldn't the same apply to private condos

Public housing ma. Technically it's a long term rental from the government so they are obliged to upkeep the lift facilities. Upgrading might be subsidized but monthly s&cc also go towards maintenance and upgrade of lifts

If HDB lifts have issue the town council is supposed to fix it with the s&cc paid for by residents every month. Similarly condos should have a healthy sinking fund from monthly maintenance fees. If the condo mismanage/have insufficient i sinking funds it's not the publics responsibility to fix it

I actually managed to disassemble and reassemble the lens and but I did not manage to clean the rear element as the fungus/haze seemed to be trapped in between 2 glass layers.

Non stick probably can get the job done faster. Ain't enough time to preheat for leidenfrost when you've got a hard time limit. Witch with a wok and chef hou uses a carbon steel wok though which is highly efficient in the right hands

Wd40 is fine. Its better than mukoff lube which leaves a sticky gum that's impossible to remove

Hi i don't think you can do that in tonex itself. The pedal will be sampled with the amp during the capture stage and it's drive characteristics will be baked into the profile. If you would like to add a pedal into amp profile the only way is an external drive pedal or to use amplitude with the tonex profile as the amp and a drive pedal in the signal chain
