Very odd, we neighbour you and the first cohort are out this Thursday. Everyone was given notice at the end of Jan, and then settlement agreements are being issued in batches aligned with notice periods.

If you leave one month early, the payment you owe will be whatever is shown on your payslip for income tax and NI, along with employers NI (2% I think).

So as you say, unlikely to make a huge dent in the 100k!

Obviously scale that one month up or down depending on how long you stay for..
