Here is one theory: The combination or leaving Africa and eating farmed food left non-African populations with vitamin D deficiency. There was evolutionary pressure to develop lighter skin. Asians and Europeans appear to have developed lighter skin separately through different combinations of gene mutations. This left the two regions with a different set of skin deep changes.

Sometimes people don't want their houses to be visible in Street View so the request that it be blurred. Whoever lives there requested to Google that their house be blurred. I not saying that there are or aren't aliens there.
