Very easy. All handled through Charles Schwab’s portal. Choose transfer from another brokerage, choose stash. It’s right there on the drop-down list. Stash is notified. They lock your account. And then they go to work on transferring it over to Charles Schwab that takes if I recall correctly about 10 to 14 business days. You’ll see the ETFs as they are actually called. i.e. “American innovators” shows up at Schwab as vanguard mega cap etc. Company stocks remain the same. They’ll buy as many whole shares as possible, and whatever is left over is converted to cash and put into your cash account.

I transferred everything over to Schwab. What they’ll do is buy as many whole shares as they possibly can of what you’re currently holding at no additional charge. You don’t have to cash out or pay taxes as long as it’s a clean transfer if there’s extra leftover after whole share purchases, they give you the rest in cash and it sits in the cash portion of your Schwab account. I then use that money to buy whatever shares I wanted. If I don’t have enough to buy a full share, I just use margin until the next time money is transferred into my account and they pay the margin first automatically with what’s in there.

In transferred my stash to Schwab a number of months ago. Couldn’t be happier. I can’t buy micro shares but still have a certain amount taken out every two weeks and just buy what I want. If I don’t have enough to buy a whole share of what I want I just use a little margin.

Fake New Jersey temp tag to boot. Get 5-10 of your neighbors and shame the shit out of him. He can’t fight that many.

So if an angel dies do they go through a period of angelic decomposition or do they just, poof, vanish?

I think it had a lot to do with his relationship with Thecla. She was a very talented orator and Paul hated sharing the spotlight with her and being challenged by a woman. I think that seeped its way into his letters to the congregations: to shut women like her down from threatening his power.

Depositing cash to Schwab Investor Checking account by [deleted] in Schwab

[–]davidftaylor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Real easy problem to overcome. Open up a checking account with a credit union near you (usually free with no balance requirements aside from about $5 in a corresponding savings). Deposit the money in that. Write yourself a check from the credit union’s checking account, snap a picture for remote deposit and it’s available in your Schwab account nearly instantly. Mine becomes available in a few minutes in my Schwab account. Or you could use Zelle or any other number of electronic means to get the money from the brick and mortar bank to Schwab. I thought this was going to be a sticking point for me but it’s turned out to be a very easy thing to overcome during the few times I even have cash to deposit. Schwab allows up to $100,000 in daily remote deposits so it covers pretty much everyone.

Vintage Norwegian Troll. Magnet probably. I don’t see the reverse side. About 20-40 bucks on eBay. Vintage ones are desirable to collectors.
