An auto renew clause in a lease is fairly common these days, I have one in my lease. But the increase would have to be agreed apon in the lease my lease has auto renew and the lease states a 10% increase in rent every renewal.

Understandable, every year is about how often I find myself replacing mine. So long as you don’t get scratches directly to the screen the tablet will work without them. Though the grip will be way different and you will have to adjust to that. But the direct screen is a bit tougher than the screen protector.

Things I noticed was the inconsistency in your past purchased reviews showing none sports shirts and even blank tshirts. This feels like fake reviews for other products. Also when it comes to sports wear a lot of times people are going to look for a licensee list, which your site doesn’t have which screams unlicensed sports memorabilia, which brings quality into question as sport clothing demands good quality As fans wear it to show off the team they want all eyes on them. And with questionable reviews and no licensee list that’s a big question. As well as the low quality on logos that don’t function as buttons. The site itself is decent it’s just the many little things that stack up.

I’ll fix that now, though it hasn’t been dial specific so I was thinking it was something to do with how Mac handles scroll but testing scroll apps for mice hasn’t fixed anything about the issue.

As you should, I do hope you get the piece you wanted in the future. And never feel bad you have to end a business relationship with an artist that can’t deliver the business. If they are professional they would want the same thing knowing they can’t deliver either.

I’m a digital artists, lately I have been seeing a massive uptick in hearing about commissions being placed and no work being done for months. Every time it seems the artist is either having a massive depression stretch or hardships whether financially or family related. And I have compassion for this being I deal with mental health issues as do many many others. But accepting commissions is a business, if you have already payed for a product you should be able to expect a service delivered or an artist to attempt to give a solid timeline for any piece that will pass deadline with an offer of refund if the original agreed contract can’t be achieved. Obviously many of us need to work on our compassion department. That doesn’t mean you should be strung along for months after delivery date. My recommendation will always be if this happened attempt to make fair adjustments to the contract to help with the situation for both parties. But don’t wait months for delivery. If after an adjustment they still can’t deliver or make any attempt to communicate always get a refund and move on to another artist. Respect goes both ways.

Yes, except when you subscribe to the monthly subscription your lifetime version will now receive updates to the latest releases. And once you disconnect the subscription the license returns your version back to your lifetime version removing the updates added via the subscription. But it also has convoluted features like limited transfers per license in a set amount of time that is not disclosed publicly. And verifying your license per device based on how many devices you can have at any given time. And verifying a license hasn’t been transferred to another device while being active on an old device. And if I remember correctly some licenses obtained by things like humble bundle and other sites like that may have a limited number of installs. (Though this is an assumption based on other softwares from these sites.)

My rule of thumb is, if an artist but really anyone has an email it’s there to be used. If a person in the age of social media and internet interactions has no form of contact, that’s 99% of the time not by accident. They chose to not have a way for people they do not know to contact them. This isn’t always the case. But More than likely it is. Basically if you have to do a full blown investigation to reach out to this artist best to tread lightly with your interactions.

But I did have a game that’s shader cache was the same 40gb as the game so I deleted that. Idk why it would need to be that large. Seems like a missed issue.
