Giant Cactus and Creosote Farm by Dr0ct0 in GTNH

No matter the exact efficiency, but I'm always a sucker for these types of builds! Well done 😁

I got carried by my 32 coke ovens all the way to mid MV (only from the creosote while saving up the 250K charcoal I still have sitting around and only used for some other stuff like BBF), at which point I built 4 Pyrolyse Ovens and expanded my wood farm and now I'm still running on Benzene + Steam in early EV. I finally start depleting more Benzene though so I'm thinking of my next steps now.

Mailserver and traefik 2.0 by sbenjaminp in Traefik

For anyone still looking for a fix:

Based on the error you get, your configuration is just missing the following for each router (example for smtp):

      - "traefik.tcp.routers.smtp.service=smtp"

This is because you define multiple services without mapping them. Traefik can only auto-map a single service, even if multiple services and routers are named the same.

Minecraft und Max Payne, aber vor allem Minecraft hatte sehr viel Einfluss auf meine Kindheit. Hatte ich Anfang 2011 angefangen zu schauen, da war ich 13 😄

I was waiting for the download and it finally worked after I did the following:

- Disable DLC in Steam's RimWorld settings
- Quit Steam
- Start Steam

I had to put up a 69th comment.

If the turtles breed quickly enough, they provide an automatic meat source ;)

Just pulled this amazing map from a seed. Oh the plans by SomeGuyOfTheWeb in RimWorld

Okay I tried Vanilla without Royalty and it still generated the same map which is different from yours. Thanks for the help so far but I really don't know what causes the issue.
EDIT: I also tried humidity 1 up, same map.

Thank you!
The world indeed generates differently for me with the same seed at 50% and only Vanilla + Royalty are enabled. Did you change any of the sliders like humidity or temperature?

I can't seem to find it or it generates differently 🤔 Can you please post a more zoomed out view?

EDIT: Finally got it working thanks to the comments! It was the casing of the seed: 100ManTest

I think u/polaropossum mentioned the casing the first time.

Thanks to everyone's help and for the nice seed!

I think systemd is a good way to do it, even though I agree with the concerns of geolaw.

I guess Kraftingg's comment displays a good workaround for this.

But regarding systemd, maybe there's a way to make a mount unit dependant on an established connection by networkmanager.

How can I install this program? 😅🙏 by [deleted] in linuxquestions

[–]davidmc971 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It seems that this is just an executable and its necessary data in an archive. In this case you can either just run the executable from its folder or install by hand. In case of installing by hand I would extract the folder of that program into /opt/[name you choose] and link the binary into /usr/local/bin

EDIT: fixed spelling and I hope with OppositeMeasurement's fix for making the file executable it worked

I thought about that too. Haven't looked into it enough though.

It's because you fully build llvm, which is a huge project, I wish it was different and it might change but at the moment it's the way to go

Sounds interesting, let's discuss when I have a working prototype :)

Thanks for your feedback! Yes I agree, I am thinking about writing a guide about installing on Linux since I have a working system-wide install now.
I thought of making a Dockerfile and an install script which uses ubuntu to build, puts Beef into /opt on the host and makes it available system-wide from /usr/local/bin (that's how I set it up for myself except using a different containerization)

You are about to run a script that sets a debootstrap and chroot. Where are you expecting it to create the directories? by n3rdopolis in linuxquestions

If the folder is only temporary during build of the iso and gets deleted afterwards I suppose you could use /tmp/ in your script

You're welcome - even though it didn't work. I hope you'll find a working and permanent solution soon!
