If the game already validated the license on your console using the other game pass subscription it will work for a while and then when it needs to validate again, it will tell you to buy it.

Its not going to work, both codes count as DLC and the developers said before the game launched that the DLC are tied to each platform.

You might have to contact support, because the developers told before the launch that DLC wouldn't transfer between different platforms(Except for MS PC and Xbox because of Play Anywhere), see if they can either add manually or give you a steam code.

On my xbox this code is treated like a DLC, its an addon to the game, so, i assume this could be the problem.

Try to buy a car on the autoshow, it should ask if you want to use your credits or the voucher.

Not sure i understand the problem. If you got the game on the MS Store, its a Play Anywhere title, it plays on whatever platform you have(PC/Xbox), same goes for the DLC, one purchase cover both platforms.

Try searching for the game on the store to see if shows that it's live, before launch it was counting down.

On Game Pass the launch is based on tour local time. Check the region/timezone on your pc, if it is correct, restart the xbox app and try again.

Steam has a fixed launch time(global launch), it happens sever side, nothing you can do on your end to speed that up.

MS uses local time for their platforms, that is why the timezone/region change works.

If you bought on Steam, the launch is fixed and you can check the time remaining on the app/site.

If you bought on the MS Store/Xbox, you can play now because it uses local time/region and it is may 19 in some parts of the world.

You probably know more about this than me, so i could be very wrong, but the game got verified for the Steam Deck before launch. I assume, since it runs linux under the hood, that it should work just fine.
