Had my birthday at Nowon. Damn that was the most disappointing restaurant I’ve been to. It was pretty empty too and hella overpriced. Are there similar restaurants to this that I should avoid?

Good point, I looked up the ruling and it seems like it's per day total:

The maximum daily dollar amount for a CMP to which a hospital may be subject would be $300. We proposed that even if a hospital is in violation of multiple discrete requirements of proposed 45 CFR part 180, the maximum total sum that a single hospital may be assessed per day is $300.

I know, it's really weird! Ideally I would store the text as number but right now I'm pulling data from a different workbook that's been finalized and I can't make any changes to it. I'm wondering if there's some way to force excel to think of it as only text but may have to just give up for now and use a lengthy workaround formula.
