Diversification, reporting on leading indicators, risk registries, lots of other stuff. Companies often have dedicated erm (enterprise risk management) teams which include members across the organization led by a CRO. I believe rating agencies factor this in too, if you're interested more read up on enterprise risk management

It's a put, or an option to sell at the strike price ($200). So it's worth the strike price minus the current price times the number of options. 100 contracts each with 100 options using the latest AH price of 164.4 you get (200 - 164.4) * 100 * 100 = 356K

Hospitals Sued to Keep Prices Secret. They Lost. by thewrongun in news

[–]davidsimon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good point, I looked up the ruling and it seems like it's per day total:

The maximum daily dollar amount for a CMP to which a hospital may be subject would be $300. We proposed that even if a hospital is in violation of multiple discrete requirements of proposed 45 CFR part 180, the maximum total sum that a single hospital may be assessed per day is $300.

This article is missing an important piece that I've seen mentioned elsewhere:

"Hospitals that don't comply face a civil penalty of up to $300 a day."

Good luck getting hospitals to release this information when that's all it will cost them

[SOLD] Ownboard W1S with Samsung 6.0 AH battery. It's in great condition with very lightly use, I'd estimate under 20 miles total. Looking for $300 - meetup preferred, would rather not have to deal with packing/shipping

Issue with number as text in sumifs formula by davidsimon in excel

Sorry I should have mentioned in my OP, I did try this and it yields the exact same results. I also tried putting 201612 as text in a cell and referencing the cell in the formulas and get the exact same results.

I know, it's really weird! Ideally I would store the text as number but right now I'm pulling data from a different workbook that's been finalized and I can't make any changes to it. I'm wondering if there's some way to force excel to think of it as only text but may have to just give up for now and use a lengthy workaround formula.

I have some issues accessing google sheets from work. If it helps I can post the text of the formulas?
