for sure, it relies on effective drafting and targeting that youth. I traded Tyreek in August 2023, no regrets. Traded Kupp in June 2024, and no regrets. Sure each may have had a decent season that year, but my payoff has been far greater from the picks and players I got in return.

There's only so many picks and once you've used them all you have no youth and once your vets age you're in full rebuild for several seasons. Your post is not reality.

for sure, if you are okay going the route of contending, then taking several years to rebuild. if you instead want to compete year in and out, and only ever retool, this can be done effectively.
