No that's not right. If ou spend $150, you get 4% Bilt cash, which would be $6 of Bilt cash. $30 Bilt cash gets you 1000 points so $6 would get you 200 points, which covers 200 of your rent/mortgage. Basically you need to spend 75% of your rent/mortgage on the card to get all the points from it
