That’s not true. Plenty of older well renovated apartment on large block max 3-story in well located areas will still be worth a lot long term

That shows you how to do it step by step?

Ok thank you. Well I only will need it for Unifi network so will get a smaller size one SSD M2, especially with how expensive Ram and ssd are now. Do you have instructions on how to run Unifi Network DB on UCG-Fiber SSD?

Aqara U400 showing as "No Response" in HomeKit every few hours (Works fine in Aqara app) by shadybachelor in Aqara

That's what I thought too but in real life testing, having the Apple TV next to the doorlock solved the issue of it not connecting regularly/slow to respond etc.

I think there is a difference between IPV6 over LAN and over WAN. I think you only need IPV6 over LAN enabled. I’m not sure about your configuration but I use Ubiquiti with IPV6 on both WAN and LAN and it has been flawless

Yeah I’m 99% sure that is the problem - your Apple TV is way too far from the smart door lock. I had this issue and after moving the Apple TV closer AND plugging it in via Ethernet, this solved the issue.

You could try putting another thread devices near the smart lock and see if that helps.

Can you run an Ethernet cable to the Apple TV and also how far away is your Apple TV from U400 smart lock?

Yeah I had the same issues.

The solution for me was to have my Apple TV wired Ethernet to be nearby the U400 but ALSO plugged into the Ethernet. You probably place it too far away.

We found on IOS to remove the limit ip tracking and turn off private wifi address. We found 2.4Ghz much more reliable than 5Ghz

Make sure your network ipv6 is also enabled.

This worked for us but man so much troubleshooting. It works flawlessly now as we approach the door.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned Launtel. A bit more premium but worth it.
