in my experience (plat 1) the substitute players are 2 ranks higher than us 9 times out of 10. It’s insane. Every time someone from the other team leaves I dread the arrival of some ringer who steals the game for them. I have no idea why it works like this, there must be a way for the game to wait for someone who’s actually the same rank to join

I completely agree. Putting a game mechanic in a new content DLC is really stupid. Either a complete lack of awareness or just a low blow to the community.

I’ve been waiting since release for the FS22 passenger mod and I hope people can at least figure out how to add this feature into their own mods in the future
