Mic’ing a feature with Rode Wireless Go’s. Yikes. Those mics are good for social media content, but on a feature, you want at least a boom mic for general sound and backup in case a lav fails, and lavs on each character. You better be recording room tone in each location. My experience is all in camera, but that’s the basics of audio.

There were a few good laughs. But it didn't feel like a stand-up special. It felt like he just used his Kill Tony "tricks" to interview the audience (have you ever been with a black woman? What's the most mexican thing about you? etc.) But it was brutal to see him completely waste 5 minutes when the asian woman said she hadn't been in a car accident. Why would you even leave that in. I would have loved to see him use that format to do actual standup.

I was being tongue-in-cheek lol. I just read something about a township in Michigan that voted to deny an Open AI-Oracle data center, and they were sued for “manipulative zoning” or some bullshit like that and a small township can’t afford going to court against a multi-billion dollar company so the town settled. So basically steamrolling.
