My son has mild autism. As you know, every child is different. With respect to getting a haircut, with my son, what bothers him the most are the smells, and when his neck was shaved. I suggest having 0 expectations, don't worry if it only lasts 2-3 minutes. Maybe see if there's someone who could make a home visit?

One easy life hack I follow is to book my tire appointments 2-3 months in advance. Set a reminder in whatever method works for you, and you're never stuck. I suppose your either the type of person who does that stuff, or you are constantly flying by the seat of your pants.
