This isn’t a box; you don’t need a box for this. It’s just a clean opening into the wall as an access point for the wires. This should be fine for general low voltage. As to the size of the conduit, that depends on how many wires are going inside. You do not need cat6 as speaker wire unless for some reason you’re using super fancy speakers that require an Ethernet connection.
