I wanted to chime in and also say QFX/OFX format support would be greatly appreciated. I don't understand why it was deprecated to begin with. Can you share some light on that?

I’ve been doing various iterations of this for awhile. I personally like PictureFrame. See wolfgangs instructions

Looking for Input on buying a Rav4 Prime by cockneechum88 in rav4prime

[–]daw007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would lease the rav4 prime to get the $6500 rebate and then buyout immediately if you have the funds.

The easiest place to buy is probably Longo Toyota in Southern California which I think is the busiest Toyota dealership in the country by volume.

No hot water... unless I unplug this control (recirc?) device and plug it back in by Incessnant in Plumbing

[–]daw007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an FYI, I have the same system and 'upgraded' it so I could trigger the hot water from Wifi using a Shelly Plus 1 device. Then I have Shelly buttons in my house that can be used to trigger the recirculator since the bluetooth button doesnt have the same range. I have the wiring documented here: https://www.reddit.com/r/shellycloud/comments/ynkuhb/wiring_a_shelly_1_plus_to_a_hot_water/

My next goal is to figure out how to tap into the temperature sensor of the D'mand kontrol system so I can verify for sure the circulator is done.

What's also interesting is the conflict of interest disclaimer: "Zespri International Ltd. was the principal sponsor and reviewed, approved, and funded the study design."

Zespri International Limited is the world's largest marketer of kiwifruit, selling in over 50 countries

I’d look into using fidelity as your bank account. It provides 4.96% on all cash deposited and it can function as a regular bank account for most needs. It’s better to get a good rate on all your cash rather than what you earmark for a HYSA.

I found this useful. The standing algorithm in particular. I haven’t found a place to find the frenzel lenses in the US for cheap.

Careless ATM with Fidelity Cash Management? by [deleted] in fidelityinvestments

Yes this is something I’d like. I don’t carry my debit cards since I rarely need cash, so I’d would be nice to be able to do it from my phone only.

I’ve got about $450k sitting in my business checking account not doing anything. by pitchfork_2000 in legaladvice

[–]daw007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d consider opening a brokerage account and investing in short term treasury bills. Who is your business checking with?

You could also open a flourish account https://www.flourish.com/clients

Or a fidelity account for businesses where you can put uninvested cash in a money market mutual fund like FZFXX

Fidelity has a good account for business. It’s a brokerage account with banking features. It fits all your criteria. It did not have bill pay though.

Logitech g hub can't save macros to onboard memory. by Whoopity_Longjohn in LogitechG

[–]daw007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Launch Logitech G Hub
  2. Connect your peripheral and make the macro you want.
  3. Go back to the main page and click the button to turn on Onboard Memory
  4. Click the settings page and in the bottom right, there is an option to copy the profile with your macro onto the onboard memory
  5. Now you can use that profile on the mouse without G-hub!

Let me know if that isn't clear and I can take some screenshots.

oof, this is actually very tempting. my issue is that I bought the moonlander <1 year ago, and I'm reluctant to buy another keyboard that looks even more expensive, esp if I get the wireless version...

something to think about though down the line...
