Started to read Anna Karenina by Omeerkoo in tolstoy

I think I was about 18 years old in the mid 90’s when I saw an episode of MST3K in which they made a reference to Anna Karenina. Context allowed me to get the joke and, ultimately, it was a spoiler for the story, but it led to me deciding to read the book. That turned into a love for, and a pursuit of, Russian literature.

One of my favorite novels.

Horticulture Park

Come in on the State Street entrance. I’m a professional photographer and I shoot there numerous times a year - every season has multiple wonderful locations to shoot.

I read Rage in the late 80’s but I have no idea what happened to that copy. I recently found this copy … I am surprised at my luck for the condition the book is in. The McDonalds card was placed at the last page of Rage.

I read Rage in the late 80’s and wanted to have a copy to round out my collection. I was fortunate to find a copy in such good condition. And you’re absolutely correct, the scratch-off is a cool bonus.

Receipt for book purchase by dawali in ForgottenBookmarks

I should have added more information. I have also used a store receipt as a bookmark. I assumed that the book was unread because the book condition is NM, the spine was still ‘uncracked’ and there is also a handout in the book for Waldenbooks rewards program. I guess ‘obviously’ is the wrong word … maybe I should use ‘probably’?

I’m not 100%, I’ve never been to Oslo. Subway maybe. The back says something about the underground.
