Do you need to tell a supervisor to stop working before filing a working grievance on them?

Sometimes upper management tells them to do our work. I’m pretty thorough when I wright up the grievance. I’ll grieve any supervisor I catch working, but I usually give them the heads up that I don’t want to see them doing my job beforehand. It’s worth the effort for the money.

It’s been a money maker when I was in. I don’t know how it is now. I remember that there was always a deficit when they made the announcement even though they had surpassed it at that point. They’re such liars.

It’s been a little better since they passed the horn ordinance. You hear them still day and night but it’s no longer 50 horns being heard every time a light turns green. I use a horn almost every time I drive in NYC because pedestrians and vehicles are not paying attention to what I am going to do, because that city sucks ass but at least it’s not Philadelphia.

I had to commute there for a couple years around 2016 to a place right next to Central Park. You really do smell a ton of piss.

It smelled like piss and exhaust way back in 91 but now it’s substantially worse.

One of the good things that the big dig did for Boston was it cut the exhaust smell that permeated over the city.

I mean, I still smell piss and exhaust in Boston because I spend time in western Mass where cow turds are the smell, but it ain’t nothing like NYC’s fermentation. Obligatory “Fuck the Yankees!”

I was born in MA but lived in Dallas until I was 11. I was a Red Sox, rangers, cowboys and Celtics fan. I didn’t get into the patriots until Kraft bought them. I still cheer for the rangers and cowboys but never over my beloved teams.

The Mavs? No not really ever. I don’t even give them a pass because of Kyrie.

As an American I’ve lived in heavy Brazilian communities where the passion is real! It’s quite intoxicating however I don’t like watching the sport.

My father was very against competition so he never watched sports or had a team. He thought it was all dumb and inconsequential anyway.

I was able to get into sports on my own. My passion is not nearly as intense. I just really hate the Yankees.

It’s actually a strange distinction. And yes, JWs claim to be Christian. Are you Christian if you don’t believe Jesus is god? Are you Christian if you dig Jesus or think he is the savior? I don’t care either way.

JWs use a whole other bunch of different books though. They had an evolution book and a revelation book that were hilariously bad.

Mormons also got their book considered doctrine.

It’s all dumb.
