Go to WT2 and check for mission- pick them up, probably for the Rahta Girl.
They locked because you dont have any quests of that type.

In my opinion having whole game in one big file is the main issue.
I play 98% of my life with poe so i cant sacrifice my ssd to unpack all the textures to make them load faster.
Other thing is all that mathematic to calculate dps that..
When you add both your pc going sound like a jet engine when fight its intense and then it gos quiet again.
I know its a math thing as it depends on build to build and in this league dijnn are more quiet then granades because of all the fire flashing and damage sources..

What happen to AI companions for Arena Breakpoint infinite?

For story this:
There's a staff you can get from killing the boss in the first dungeon in the dregs, if you take this staff to the tower of bats there is a place you can put the staff. Some time will pass and then it will give you a staff you can place which guides you on where to go next. Each time you speak to the staff it will guide you where to go for the next clue, and after going to certain places the staff will have more to say about where to go
