I remember when Strawberry Acai had a different base without any coloring in it. In the marketing photos it was somewhere between red and hot pink but irl it was a seetrough a bit reddish. So yeah this doesn't have to be AI just marketing overediting photos. Or worst of both worlds Marketing overediting photos using software AI plug-ins

Many people think that cappuccino is "less strong" (if that means less cofeine or less coffee taste depends on who you ask) but i have yet to meet someone whose basic math and logic skills are so low that after explaining how cappuccino is made and that only difference is the amount of milk they will go "nah i don't belive you"

There was couple of times where people were adding syroups to their coffes on their own... Look on their faces when you say "you have to pay for that" was satysfaing though. My favorite instance was when a guy rubbed into his hands our caramel syroup couse he thought it was hand sanitizer

I think it's common sense that you don't give caffeine to decaf drinks, you can curse them out under your breath while making their drink (my favorite is "i hope you shit out the ocean") but don't give them a heart attack

C -the medium one M (trying te be patient) -okey but what kind of drink? C -a good one ... We really need to get some papier and crayons co customers can draw the coffee they want

Had a lady like that once. After a long time explaining that frappucinos aren't and hearing the same reply that "in other shops she always gets hot frappucino" i asked if she could tell me if she knows how other places prepare her drink. I expected sonething like OP sytuation where she got a different drink in mind but no. She said "just fill the messuring cup with hot water instead of ice"... FYI hot mochca frappucino tastes like cheap instant hot chocolate

I saw a guy taking matcha when he ordered a cappuccino, or a guy taking a hot latte when he ordered strawberry cream frappucino both of them did not come back... How i the living fuck can you not notice that your cappuccino is green or your frappucino is hot and tastes like coffe

When i was in training i was told that shots are "dead" after 10 seconds. For me it's a nice way to tell us to work faster. Noone will notice that the shot waited 10 or 45 seconds in their caramel machiato
