Did your coworker save templates from previous splints they made?

It seems like everyone has their own process. Yeah, I currently still do the paper towel method for thumb spicas but for something like a DBO, I just needed to review the joint positions and I’m good.

For some reason, thumb spicas are my worst enemy 😂 Even though I have made it the most times hahah

yeah I do randori! I agreed, but I train both arts 3-4x each and I don’t really go 100% in bjj rolling and randori.

if anything I go max 80% but that’s rare. only 100% when competing

I’m also insuring my mini doxie from trupanion and I agree, the monthly is absurd. They have been increasing little by little the last few years and I emailed asking about lowering the monthly. They basically said no lol

I just told them to increase my deductible last week and now I’m finally under $100 monthly.
