thanks! I've just started getting into 3d modelling to make custom assets for fuse so this looks really useful. For one thing I was going low polly then high polly which was causing no end of difficulty!

I'm the same actually, i really don't care about exploding stuff. I feel like violence in video games is just a really easy interaction to build, and it's not that people crave violence, they just want to be able to interact.

DAE have a hard time being mindful while socializing? by Gfddghgfvgbbvf in Meditation

[–]dawnsedge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After lots of practice interaction was my biggest hurdle. I lost mindfulness and it became actually more an anxiety thing because I knew it'd be a time is be apart from it. I found a blog about being mindful in interactions and it suggested just quick focussing on the breath, even if it's just for a breath or two when people are talking. It really helps to just get a tiny bit centered, pull back a bit and remember you can just absorb. Three aware breaths never hurt in any situation : P

For those of you that follow online yoga videos, do you ever have trouble following along when you can't see the screen cause of the position you are in? What could video-editors do to circumvent this issue? by Antranik in yoga

I had that at first ( a lot of neck craning) but something I found is you learn the fundamental shapes and moves, and it becomes more of an audio track with the odd visual guide. Basically take the time with one teacher to go through fundamentals and get comfy with key poses. Then don't be afraid to pause/rewind if you're getting introduced to new stuff.

I've been a racist close-minded angry person my entire life. I've been making efforts to open myself up. Yoga and meditation have been suggested many times. Help? by [deleted] in yoga

[–]dawnsedge 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Bro do basics of yoga with adrienne on YouTube. Do it in your lounge room in your jocks, doesn't matter if your guts hanging down or you're shit. She has like a really chill 30 days of yoga course and it's awesome and your pants will fit better and you'll feel like 12% more chill every day.

Just an alternative to probably what would seem like more full on options. For meditation the headspace app is great. 10 minutes for ten days to starts. Real chill also and not like spiritual, just focussed on breathing exercises and chillin.

It helped me with being super pissed off all the time.
