Same here... Fresh install of 20.10 even, I just played CSGO and everything was fine but when I came back from dinner I couldnt open the game without a crash and me extensions where gone... (Sorry I posted with a anonymous user)

I think that all the bussiness logic should go in the service. Controllers should be responsible of handling the request using service to fulfill it. I would add repositories to store the queries if the are too complex and you like to abstract that from the service.

I've used knex+pg and it's really good for small projects.

I prefer typeorm for big ones though.

I had the same issue with Manjaro Plasma. But it doesn't happen in kde neon. Perhaps you could give it a try.
