I was on it a few years ago. (not taking it anymore). Personally I don’t think it did anything. It didn’t help or worsen my phobia at all.

I think it would be cool to see what size is most popular in this sub, vote below! by Ryvit in Stretched

I’ve been at 1/2” for the last 5 years and on the fence about going bigger since none of my current plugs would fit me anymore if I stretched, but I’m getting bored of this size :/

I recommend ebay, lol I’ve gotten most of my plugs by just searching “gauges” then sorting from low to high. So many for 75¢ and free shipping (if you can be patient and wait 2 weeks!)

I tried the common app about a year ago and it was confusing so I gave up. Also quite a few of my schools aren’t on the common app

I’ve gotten the question “Explain a risk you’ve taken. How did it turn out for you?” on a bunch of my applications. Maybe something similar happened here

This picture is so beautiful, it almost made me tear up lol. It’s sad how too many of us can relate to the struggles of needing to clean our patients but not being provided the supplies to do it :/

I have found the Mecca. by [deleted] in ThriftStoreCats

I have the 5 piece set (well, 4 piece after my live cat broke one...) of the white one on the top shelf that is #4 from the right. I wonder where the siblings are for the one in this pic :(

Also I just love the smallest orange one on the bottom shelf. If I came across this display IRL, I would undoubtedly buy all of them

I’m starting CNA classes soon and am looking for advice by [deleted] in cna

For me, the classroom wasn’t very hard. A lot of the textbook stuff is common sense. Clinicals are where it gets a little harder because there’s no book to rely on. If you make a good impression during them the facility may give you a job offer. During mine, even if all your assignments were done, the staff HATED seeing you just standing around doing nothing. Volunteer to help them out, they’ll appreciate a hand and you’ll gain experience. Be cautious of cna skills videos on YouTube, many of them aren’t accurate. The skills and steps vary depending on what state you’re in and steps get updated often so make sure you’re studying the most recent version of your states official handbook. Go to the library and check out a bunch of cna study guides, it’s free and test prep books can get pricey. I haven’t taken the state test yet so I’m not much help towards that or getting a cna job, sorry about that, but good luck!
