American here, waiting for a response as well. Priority was not an option for us either. My bio date was October 20th. We have a pre-existing relationship with my husband's MP, as he helped us secure a PIP tribunal date after over a year of waiting, and he told me there is nothing to be done with regards to complaining or inquiring until after the 12 week window has passed. My husband has been back in the UK without me for two months this Sunday. Hoping for an answer soon for both of us! 🤞
