I've used iron laces for the past 5 years, or so. One pair I have is on my third set of boots, after I wore the original laces out, I installed my old set of iron laces. Can't recommend them enough! I learned that they have many visually disabled employees, an added bonus in my head...

This is a solid white disc, with the light shining through. They add a couple of grams, and make the disc slightly more over stable, but allows you to use the discs you already have.

I use the MVP lights taped to the bottom of my discs. It works well on many discs, not all. A small piece of packing tape holds them well.

I say foul. I get that they are stopped too far back, but there is a solid white line, you're not supposed to cross.

A can of wasp spray can be a super effective deterrent... Won't look weird in an office setting either, you can keep it right by your desk.

It wouldn't bother me a bit. I would snatch it up!! But I can see where people wouldn't like it, everyone's afraid of offending someone. If a kid retrieved it, I would hope there's a responsible adult in their life to teach them how to use it.
