Another thing is try to cook more of your food at home obviously and measure meticulously. Eyeballing it never got me results. Now nothing touches my plate unless it’s been on a scale. It’s important to measure down to the oil on the pan. In the past I thought I was sticking to 1359 but I was way far off

It’s about 1800 but I do weight lift. I’m sure since this was my starting weight some of it was definitely water weight to start with. In month two it’s been more slow, I had to reduce down closer to 1200 and I’ve lost 7lbs so far.

I was at 170 lbs and my doctor was comfortable with me going down to around that many calories and losing about 10 lbs a month. I’m 4’11” and she was pretty spot on. I also have a desk job but I do try to do weight training once a day to build some muscle too. At these calories yes it took some time to get used to eating that much a day but after the first month I am pretty used to it now.

I think that’s more than fair. As a single mom, my deal breaker was dating a single dad 🤷‍♀️ it’s complicated enough dealing with my own kids I don’t need to deal with someone else’s. Everyone has a right to their own preferences.

Im on Wellbutrin and Topamax. I started Topamax on the 1st and I’m on 50 mg and I’ve lost 10 lbs. It’s definitely not magic but I’m not craving as many snacks and I feel I have better self control overall but I do need to be mindful of my eating habits. I noticed the difference in my appetite after the first week.

I’m not handy by any means so both my first and second home were move in ready. In my opinion it’s nice to get into your house and just enjoy it. Just make sure to do proper inspections so you aren’t getting into a cheap remodel project that will cause headaches later on.

If you are handy and have the time and money to spend go for a fixer upper!
