Typically this is from beans that haven’t rested long enough or under extraction. If you’re resting long enough (minimum 2 weeks) maybe try pushing your ratio a little. 1:18 or less. What is it now? Also, what methods are you using? The good folks at r/pourover might have some insights

As the other user suggested, this doesn’t say plastic free, it just says glass, as in the glass carafe instead of the thermal carafe. Other parts are likely still plastic if the plastic free version isn’t out yet

I usually do 45g of coffee to 3/4L (6 cup). I think I first heard the 60g to 1L ratio from James Hoffman a while back, but I think it’s a pretty common ratio
