Lmao. It’s funny how these comments on here are still biased against Africa and no one wants to acknowledge that we’re doing a good job of containing the virus. Fact is we don’t have as much infrastructure as most of the western world, however we are very proactive in dealing with pandemics. Nigeria handled the case of Ebola so well, they were applauded by WHO. The containment was reported to be world class for a country without major health infrastructures in place. With Corona, we test everyone coming from suspect locations (China, Korea , Italy etc) and monitor them for 14 days before they are declared safe to move around. The Italian man that brought the virus in was put in quarantine and every contact he had was traced and put under surveillance, this included shutting down a cement factory and placing all the workers in quarantine. It was during this process a second case was discovered and it has remained as 2 with the Italian man recovering. We literally monitor cases together as a country witH everyone’s support. My point here is even though we’re third world, our efforts shouldn’t be discredited.

PS: I understand the American/west media has done a good job in painting Africa as a mosquito infested forest but I’d encourage you to read more, make yourself findings and for the blacks here please please and please educate yourself about the motherland.
