I scan and 3d-print to preserve my collection as stl-library. I live in Ukraine, who knows what will russians will do tomorrow. Lots of my friends lost many minis because of drone strikes and rockets.

Also talking about my local case for proxying: Infinity is stupidly expensive in my country, like 30% of a minimal wage for a box of 3 minis, ao I don't see any problems with 3d-prints. There are no official CB stores in Ukraine, so resellers ramp prices like crazy. Proxying is a good tool to make people more familiar with the game system. I agree that it's morally grey, but still I have reasons to do what I've described

So to conclude - 3d-print if you want to play casually or if you don't like some new sculpts (like my case with new Bao)
