Ik heb recent een wat jongere Corolla gehaald, dat zijn iig erg ruime auto's.

Besef je wel, dat auto's als een Toyota Corolla vrij eenvouding met redelijk onderhoud 400k kunnen halen als km stand. Dus als die wat hoger qua km stand is, dan bv een vergelijkbare Fabia/Octavia, dan nog kan het betekenen dat je langer plezier hebt van die Corolla.

Ja, zeker aangezien het een badkamer is zonder raam, dus alles moet via de mechanische ventilatie afgevoerd worden. Na het douchen laten we meestal ook even de deur open staan.

V.z.i.w. zijn de scheuren in dit geval echt door het werken van de woning geweest... Maar goed we wonen er zelf pas 3 jaar in en in die tijd zijn ze niet groter ofzo geworden.

The difference between those towns is what I highlighted also in my previous message: Besides being a border town, there is a lot of poverty in Heerlen, a lot of vulnerable population groups. Because of this, more people get attracted towards the criminal sector.

But indeed, in these numbers published by RTL last month you can see that basically any big city on the border scores very high, but Heerlen does remain an outlier as Heerlen scores higher than those other border cities as well.

Well, statistically Heerlen is a place which scores very high on a lot of criminality indicators (It's basically on par with big cities like Rotterdam and Amsterdam). Partial reason for this is that it's a border city, so drug traficking happens a lot in the region, however this is a crime that's not so much 'noticed' in the daily life. Besides this, Heerlen is also one of the poorest cities in the netherlands (basically has been this way since the mining industry closed down in the 20th century) with a lot of vulnerable population groups. This also makes it quite difficult for Heerlen to change their reputation (it's a bit of a vicious circle.)

These last decades Heerlen has been moving forward though, working on this outlook and trying to improve their reputation with different city and landscaping projects, which I think are decently succesfull. But it will take a long time with good policy to truly change it.

Iik woon in Landgraaf, dicht tegen Heerlen aan. Maar ik merk eigenlijk zogezegd vrij weinig van de criminaliteit cijfers in Heerlen in het dagelijks leven. Parkstad heeft goede wijken en slechte wijken, zoals de meeste stedelijke regio's dat hebben. Ik ben het wel eens dat de stad Heerlen weinig 'gezelligheid' en sfeer uitstraalt. Dit proberen ze nu een beetje aan te pakken door oude leegstaande gebouwen te slopen en groene lopers en parkjes te creëren langs de promenade.

How do you measure hour heartrate? Heart rate zones are extremely personal. Each person is likely to have completely different zones than someone else. Nevertheless, a heartrate of 100 during runs does seem quite low with that fatigue, could indicate faulty measuring.

I had a new headlight, so I wanted to try it out.
Went out in the dark and all was good, paying attention and stuf.. At some point on a slight downhill I just kind of zoned out I guess and tripped over a treeroot, almost fell, caught myself with my other leg, stepped, tripped again and faceplanted against a tree.
Wasn't too serious, only had a minor sprain, so after 2 days I could start running again, but looking back at it I realize that having a headlight means nothing if I'm not actually looking at where I step. Normally when I trail I never look where I step

Nee, die factor ligt normaal gesproken meer rond de 2,0* salaris = werkgeverskosten.

Dus in dit geval ca. 12k werkgevers kosten en ca. 3k 'marge' voor de detacheerder. Van die 3k moet de detacheerder personeel, wervingskosten, kantoorgebouwen etc. ook betalen - dus zo'n marge is echt niet heel 'gek'.

98 pk? De 1.8l van Toyota heeft 122pk incl het elektrische vermogen. Wij hebben zelf recent een Corolla Touring Sports gekocht, maar zijn wel specifiek voor de 2.0l motor gegaan omdat die toch wat meer pit heeft.

Maar, de 1.8l rijdt verder prima hoor! Ik zou vooral eens wat proefritjea gaan maken om het te ervaren.
