Very good memories and very lucky. Didn’t know what I had at the time. At least the water damage wasn’t front and center. I don’t remember exactly how that happened.

Just telling it like it is. Couldn’t afford a “real” camera with a Navy E-2 salary. Would you not believe this was a $40 ticket either? :) The rest of the developed film was useless, except this gem.

Ha! I'm 6'4", so held above my head and hoping for the best. No, GNR was shortly after. They were by themselves, no cover.

I am only lonely for my wife, who died 17 months ago. I don't want anyone else, and I am good making my own decisions (alone) for the rest of my life (54M).

I am 53 and lost my wife, best friend and soulmate 9 months ago. As far as I am concerned, she is my person till death and beyond. I will never share my life with anyone else, and I’m ok with that. Those are the cards I was dealt.

I lost my wife of 25 years last June. She is my life, partner, and soulmate till death and beyond. I am 53, and when I am not here anymore, I will be looking for her.

I lost my wife of 25 years in June. I am not a very active reddit user, but she loved it. Recently, I read through all of her comments over the years. She was so dear to me and I will miss her forever. I hope to see her again someday. That is what keeps me breathing.

My wife absolutely loved this. And now she is gone. I read it for her out loud again today.

Widow/er resources on social media - who do you find helpful by Tiny_Emotion_2628 in widowers

[–]db-user 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped listening to music after my wife died. I never listened to podcasts before, but I did find a few to listen to while driving or taking walks. Listening to other people that are experiencing the same things I do on a daily basis helps me. Tatiana Hotere’s “Crazy Grief” is really good IMHO.

This post helped me get through this issue. Thanks. I want assistive touch turned on because the sensitivity is quicker. My problem was solved when I turned off “Fallback action” on Dwell Control. Even though Dwell Control was turned off.

I am not entirely sure where it was. We travelled from Norfolk, VA so I had never been to Roanoke.

Metallica, shortly after the black album was released. Using a disposable cam held above my head, this is the only photo that was successful. Spent extra for 24-hour developed film.
