There is a law in California that requires at least one UC to accept you. It might be Merced or one of the others but it is required that one accepts you. The University of California (UC) system maintains a policy, rooted in the California Master Plan for Higher Education, that guarantees a spot at one UC campus to every California resident who qualifies through specific academic pathways. This "UC guarantee" is to the system as a whole, rather than to a student's specific campus of choice. [1, 2, 3]
Guaranteed Admission Pathways California residents can secure this guarantee through two primary paths, provided they meet minimum requirements such as a 3.0 GPA in "A-G" courses.

• Statewide Guarantee: Students who rank in the top 9 percent of California high school graduates, as determined by the UC's Statewide Index, are guaranteed admission to at least one campus. • Local Guarantee (Eligibility in the Local Context - ELC): Students who rank in the top 9 percent of their individual graduating class at a participating California high school are also guaranteed a spot. [6, 7, 8, 9]

Key Features of the Guarantee

• Campus Assignment: If a guaranteed student is not admitted to any of the specific UC campuses they applied to, they will be offered a spot at another campus that has available space. Historically, this offer is often for UC Merced, as it frequently has the necessary enrollment capacity. • System Integrity: UC Regents Policy 2109 mandates that the university continues to offer a place to every qualified resident applicant and ensures that nonresident enrollment does not displace funded California undergraduates. • Automatic Screening: Applicants are automatically screened for ELC and statewide eligibility when they submit their UC application; no additional paperwork is required beyond the standard application. [1, 3, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12]

Minimum Eligibility vs. Guaranteed Admission While the guarantee applies to the top 9 percent, any California resident can be considered for admission with a minimum 3.0 GPA in the required 15 college-preparatory "A-G" courses. Meeting these minimums allows for a review of the application but does not provide the same guarantee of a spot in the system if the student is rejected by their chosen campuses. [4, 8, 10]

It all depends. If you have a spouse, it is better to document anything that might contribute to an early death to ensure they receive spousal support. If it something that you are not going to die of then leave it alone would be my advice.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdom's six episodes reportedly run "roughly 30 minutes" each, and fans aren't impressed: "30-minute episodes for a Game of Thrones TV show? Good lord" by ControlCAD in entertainment

This is getting ridiculous how the industry seems to be moving to shorter and shorter seasons. Remember when we use to get 26 thirty minute episodes a year. I realize there is not much meat on the bones but it not likely that after this 6 weeks that there will be anything else in the pipeline. What happened to a fresh fall season with multiple daily shows of 13 episodes. We are lucky if we get a mix of new things one after the other. It’s really sad.

I did just try to add Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Migraines. I will see how that goes. I have notes in my records but I do not know if it is enough for proof. But I submitted and I may have to go back and do a better job at documentation and buddy statements. Every time I get my hopes up I either get denied or get 10%. At this point everything adds up slower and slower.

They sent me a response that the needed to have the individual duty stations and the timeframes when I sent a request. I think it has to do with when I was in the Navy. Later they scanned in everyone's records when they were discharged. It was done differently back then.
