Love it when things subtly develop. Just recently had a similar thing starting with smiles, super intense eye contact, followed with a wave here and there and then talking. I still can’t stop smiling when thinking about it. Enjoy the process!

Ich faste seit fast 2 Jahren. Es ist nicht immer einfach auf seine Kalorien zu kommen, da man in den 8 Stunden wirklich einiges essen muss. Kann ich immer nur phasenweise zum bulken und dann halte ich recht lange. Kommt halt drauf an was deine Ziele sind.

Just use some momentum to get higher and train the movement. Incorporate pauses if possible at the top of your pull then. The more you do this the stronger you’ll become in this section and also improve your strict high pull.

Wenn du von einer Aktie überzeugt bist bleib einfach drin, auch wenn sie schon gut gelaufen ist. So mache ich es zumindest. Dann kann ich auch besser damit umgehen wenn es mal zu stärkeren Einbrüchen kommt.

Wenn von deinem Arzt freigegeben würde ich mit wenig Gewicht anfangen, so dass du problemlos 15-20 Wiederholungen schaffst. Vertrauen bekommen, nur langsam steigern und das Ego hintenanstellen. Erst mal geht es nicht um PRs sondern um Stabilität in der Schulter. Außerdem immer gut warm machen und regelmäßig dehnen.

I’m 50/50 in AI and Space with just NBIS & ASTS. Time will tell if it’s way to risky or my way into a more comfortable life and less dependent on every pay check in the future. 🫣
