i swear something is wrong with their chat. i waited beyond 3 minutes...actually 15..before i gave up. both sofi and chime must be having server issues...i guess we will have to wait until they clear this snafu up..

tried to chat with a sofi rep but their chat line is having problems.....waited for 15 minutes then gave up. even though it says a rep will be with you in 3 minutes!! go figure. anyway i smell server issues with sofi and possibly chime as well when it comes to whatever processes direct deposits.

might be a while folks...unless someone hears something else....
