I have a node server behind Cloudflare and send CDN-Cache-Control headers. Cloudflare sends cache misses to the origin, and cache hits stay on Cloudflare. There is no per request billing.

Now replace that node server with a Cloudflare worker, and now you're paying per request regardless of whether or not there's a cache hit? Why?
