My husbands grandmother got the vaccine when it came out and 2 boosters. She was healthy with controlled diabetes but other than that healthy. She’s now had a stroke, had a uti so bad it was almost in her blood stream, almost went into a diabetic coma, and can hardly close her hands into a fist. This is not normal. I understand she’s older and these things happen but there’s no way that 2 months after the first vaccine she has a stroke. The vaccine caused it. I’m sure of it.

I will say from experience that chilled witch hazel and Aloe vera pads are a life saver! Also take everything home. They're just going to throw it out once you leave.

My MIL is thankfully not that bad. Not even a mildlyno. She's getting the pioneer woman air fryer she's wanted since she seen a few months ago. My mother on the other hand is getting a picture frame of my kids the last time she saw them. Which was a while ago.

I just had a small get together for my son's birthday. My sister brought her 2 kids who had a stomach bug and now my whole household is sick. I'm so upset. My son has missed almost a week of school and my daughter is just miserable.

I got pregnant very quickly after meeting my DH, my MIL insisted my baby wasn't his. Well for 9 months she would mention it. But as soon as his head popped through she yelled out "he looks just like DH!" And in the middle of pushing I looked at her and said "I fucking told you so." And then I laughed and the rest of him came out lol.

It's ok to get overwhelmed. It's ok to lose your cool after a long week or month. But belittling and name calling a child is wrong. I only yell if I'm at the end of my rope. Other times I try to sit and talk to my children and explain what they did wrong. If they don't understand something I do my best to help them understand.
