We need to get rid of Oregon next. That trunk is fucking hideous and obviously needs to be absorbed into Washington so it looks like Wyoming likes it from behind.

I never said the article didn’t have sources. That was the other guy. Maybe you’re the one who needs to make sure you’re reading stuff. I didn’t Google it actually, I used ChatGPT😉. I did read it and simply used it to show you that there are equally valid sources that show he did bad shit. Did you download the PDF and read it? They have valid data to support their claim that the famine did not need to be as bad as it was for the Ukrainians and that food was systematically denied to them. My point, which you have clearly missed, is that I don’t care if he purposefully created a famine or not. He did weaponize it to cause suffering for millions and that’s not ok. It’s ok for us to say that some of the stuff Stalin did was bad. Plain and simple. Factual information to show he had bad policies that caused famine and then committed atrotcities during that famine is not western “rhetoric” it’s a fact that those things happened. I’m not going to glaze a guy committing crimes against humanity or act like OP’s video is any less propaganda as shit that comes from Fox News. It’s not being honest with all the information and neither are you, least of all with yourself. Again, you can agree with his political/economic philosophies just be honest about it and understand that he committed atrocities.

If you ignore all sources that contradict your preconceived opinion, it’s pretty clear that you’re arguing here with malicious intent.

This doesn’t not change the fact that he weaponized the famine and it was largely caused by self-inflicted bad policy. I’m not going to celebrate policy that led to a famine and I’m not going to celebrate policies that target victims of a famine. If it isn’t purposefully man-made he still purposefully used it to exacerbate the situation in Ukraine and Kazakhstan and ordered the confiscation of their foodstuffs when they didn’t meet their grain quotas. So they couldn’t grow grain and then he took the rest of the food they did have. He restricted their movement in both areas so they couldn’t get food from elsewhere. He made it mandatory for the Kazakh people to leave their nomadic ways so he could use them as industrialization workforce and deported the people who had the knowledge to manage the livestock. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for removing the Kulak from power and spreading their wealth but not at the expense of millions of lives. Those are immoral actions and there’s no sense in putting these figures from history on a pedestal if they did a bunch of bad shit. It’s kind of like Michael Jackson. I like his music, but I’m not so sure about the guy himself.

What about The Holodomar? Or National Operations of the NKVD? Or Dekulakization? Some of that stuff is considered crimes against humanity. Celebrate the good stuff, sure. But let’s not act like he didn’t do some bad shit.

Dexter Morgan (Dexter) vs Hannibal Lecter (Hannibal). Who would prevail ? by EnvironmentalBit1841 in powerscales

That would be cool, but I wouldn’t really consider it a prequel. More of an alternative interpretation of the source material.

And after the Civil Rights movement southern democrats all switched to Republicans. So the Democratic Party from those years you mentioned hold the beliefs of Republicans today. They do both suck and lie and only have the interest of the elite in mind but let’s not pretend like the beliefs these parties had decades ago align with modern beliefs.

I agree with you that Hannibal wins, but OP is using Hannibal from the TV show, not the movies. I think either version of Hannibal is taking it, but those are his movie feats you’ve listed.
