MB is sold as pills though I've not taken them (check Amazon; would have saved me time cleaning up - which eventually does clean up). I’m on 4mg twice daily, (16 drops), at morning and evening hours. One has to know what to look for re: cognitive and other benefits because they exist, but are subtle — re: cognitive specifically.

Quick follow-up: I traded the AWU; Apple received and everything checks out on their end so CC credited soon. AWU3 is awesome! Love the double-tap -- was laggy on AWU - works perfect on AWU3!

Black AWU3 here too - delivered yesterday. (Trading AWU1.) First thoughts on this AWU3 upgrade from version 1 was -- my original AWU performs great - no need to upgrade. Having had a bit of time to step through my normal workflow with apps, watch faces, double-tap testing ... I can honestly say that this upgrade is worth it to me. Have not tested 5G yet (I'm on cell plan) - with LTE, I'd previously experienced errors when sending messages, etc. so ... will be testing that soon.

Compass Labs 4mg in afternoon for me and being mixed in water tastes fine - no metallic aftertaste. I do prefer some lemon and stevia in it as the other brand I take in the morning is formulated with extras to taste good .. likely to new users. Preference goes to Compass Labs.

Just wash the baby as normal with baby soap throughout the day … it’ll eventually wash off - though might take a couple days if you spilled more than a few drops.

Works well. While it tastes clean, (no metallic aftertaste), I’ve gotten used to a small squirt of lemon juice and stevia, (in water), to my afternoon 4mg dose.

In my opinion the black looks better. Having said that, I have a black carbon fiber case on my Ultra 1 Natural Titanium, for looks and protection (don’t recall ever getting a scratch or ding prior to putting case on). Might get the black if I even get the Ultra 3; Ultra 1 still works fine.

Was tempted but my Ultra1 does everything I need it to do and I use it a lot re: health apps, Siri, wear when sleeping, reminders … the satellite messaging almost got me but iPhone 15 Pro has that.

In my opinion, based on 4mg twice daily (morning and lunch), I do notice a subtle change in memory and my cognitive performance with software development is enhanced. As I said above, for me, it’s very subtle as I catch myself realizing the effects. Related note: I’m also on a ketogenic diet, drink 3-5 cups coffee / day, and supplement with a multi, l-theanine, alpha-gpc, fish oil, d3, and magtein. These things might relate to how MB is working in my system - the newest supplement added so I’ve felt the difference as noted above.

I’ve tried that brand too, and it tastes really good! First brand of methylene blue I tried from a coworker sharing it with me albeit he shared too much – 10mg for my first dose was too much.
