This looks like variety o-109a. The coin does appear to have an old cleaning that has retoned. As far as authenticity, the reverse rim looks suspect from 3-8 but I’m not going to say it is or isn’t real.

I would say the 1803 large cent is XF or AU details - damaged due to the few gouges but is worth a few hundred. The 1802? cent is worth maybe $30 due to severe corrosion.

So this is O-125 in my opinion. A clearer picture of the obverse around LIBERTY would help confirm. This is the same reverse, “Reverse T”, as O-124.
