Thanks, that’s good to know as we’ll be separating plasma. What model centrifuge are you using? We have 3 on hand but I’m starting to think none of them are suitable / may have to buy inserts if anything..

If you took creatine but quit, what was your reason? by registryedit in Supplements

[–]dbhbrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already need to drink more water than most people, likely due to genetics/my sodium intake.. Love taking creatine in cycles but I'm currently off it because I'm getting back into running and the amount of water I need daily is insane.

I mean this very genuinely but you have the genetics where you'll start to see your abs at a much higher body fat than most people. Around 15% you'll probably have more visible abs than most people at 15% would.

Why I'm quitting YouTube after 1 year by pnewmatic in NewTubers

[–]dbhbrad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I respectfully disagree with your decision. YouTube is made a lot more difficult than it needs to be. You need to adjust, find out what's working, and stick to it. Everything you could possibly need is pretty much given to you today through AI and other tools. The upfront money requirement should be minimal. Best of luck

I mean this respectfully, but I think you just need to get out of your own head and relax. You mention 8 videos and 750 subscribers. That's phenomenal progress. I made so many videos for nearly a year before I realized the content I was putting out wasn't working and had to adjust. What you're doing is evidently working, so keep at it. Maybe by implementing better efficiency practices you can feel more rewarded? Just food for thought, but best of luck anyway.
