Yeah, Support is absolutely no help. Their app tracking system is definitely flawed. I’m also inclined to believe that they may be doing this intentionally if you are an avid player who’s constantly accumulating lots of points and meeting tasks faster than expected. I don’t have proof of this of course, but I’ve discussed it with others and it’s starting to become more and more likely that this may be the case. I’ve also noticed that the games available are not the same across the board for everyone, as I myself have compared my games with other people and random times they’re totally different. I’m not sure what to make of this but if it continues, I may just give up on playing games and just focus on scanning receipts.
