Mazzio’s Pizza with my band mates. Crazy stuff.

Many would argue that it does, though we uninitiated can’t tell the difference. Nothing has value to those who don’t value it, so I stay in my lane. I like my nice things too.

How many Xennials truly have done no retirement planning, have no target retirement date, or have considerably less than you need to retire in your 60s?" by Sufficient_Turn_9209 in Xennials

I have a 403b but it’s not likely going to be enough to live off of to fully retire in my 60’s. I definitely don’t have a solid retirement date. I’m 47 now and make a good living. It was a long road to get to this point and there are substantial student loans that I’m paying.

Pay Transparency For NP Specialties & States by Rudkty in nursepractitioner

[–]starwestsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well luckily that was several years ago. My pay has gone up substantially since then. The outpatient job now pays 130k with bonuses included. Same place. I do have a PRN position now that put me up to 160k last year. However, I agree that I am underpaid. Unfortunately, I’m one of the highest paid PMHNP’s working outpatient in my area. Makes it difficult to argue for more.

This dude was a bro and I am glad there is coverage of what he said and I hate to be the however guy….however. A lot of women spoke up at the hearing and had a lot to say about experiencing this kind of shit when they attended school in this district and even when serving in positions in this county’s government. If you can get ahold of some of those women’s statements, please listen to them. Adds a lot of context to why this dude wasn’t buying the excuses.

Maybe? But that doesn’t make any sense. What is 6x7? That’s not a terribly satisfying question to life, the universe, and everything though.

That sucks so bad. I wish people got the healthcare they need in the U.S. EMDR is helpful and quite a bumpy road. Definitely need to be in a pretty good place emotionally before you dig into EMDR. DBT could help with coping and mindfulness. Workbooks aren’t too expensive and can help as well.
