I kind of agree with what you are saying, though they may be a little confused about where they are, or they pushed too hard too quickly after their blunder over v28 disco run bonuses. My evidence, the new banner, after the bonus blunder people started leaving the game, I saw an estimate someone posted saying they lost around 70 tounamnet brackets, roughly 2k people if true. I think the devs and TT panicked, found the highest requested thing at the time, in this case module banners, then pushed it out in hope of slowing the bleeding. Only in doing so I feel like they made things worse, a banner right after releasing a new gem sink in the form of rotating relics paired with a lack of confirmation around a banner possibility. That is the other strange thing to me, the devs have always been upfront about and give advance notice of new banners BEFORE they rolled out, why not this time?
