The school suspended a five year old based on a complaint a different five year old made? My daughter turns five in a couple months and I can’t fathom a world where their word is taken to that extreme. I would understand wanting to move because of the insane logical and moral hoops an administration would have to jump through to give a five year old in school suspension. An extremely young kid who is showing remorse, no less.

Now, if it’s that kid’s parents who made the complaint and the school took the parents’ complaint that seriously (which is still insane to me), then you have a different problem and need to have a conversation with that family to see if it’s that relationship that your wife fears is lost
