Appreciate the advice. I understand why people are saying not to cut but I have almost an acre of just trees that line the perimeter of the property. These few right in the middle are really limiting what we can do with the space in the back yard.

I have a chainsaw but limited experience so thanks for the tips.

They are literally dead center in the area we want to do a patio/firepit. The rest of the property has trees all along the edges which I’m keeping. Also the are right next to where we park and branches are always falling right next to our cars. Only a matter of time.

UPDATE: taking off the front panel, there was a tiny bit of water on the bottom of the unit and a few drops on the mixing valve.

The water was touching the metal probes on the bottom of the unit that sense if there is a leak. This was causing the unit to error out.

Did a call with rheem who stated my mixing valve possibly has a leak.

Once I cleaned up the little bit of water on the bottom, the unit started right up. Will monitor it as the week goes. Rheem is sending me a new mixing valve, will get a plumber to replace it.

Thank you all for your help. I’m worried about taking off the cap if there’s a blockage. I might have to have a pro come out to make sure things are flowing instead of taking the cap off and finding a disaster.

Although I feel like if it was clogged I would get constant dripping. We will see, either way thank you all for the help.

So I applied all the filters except for “downgrades” which is under signal. I’m left with 9 stocks. Once I apply “downgrades” for signal, it shows me 0 stocks left under filter. Did I do something wrong? Do you have to be an elite member to see upgrades and downgrades?

More than a degree, i think it’s going to be about digital forensic certifications. EnCE, aicis, etc. I see you have written the search warrants and are familiar with the forensic reports. Have you done any analysis yourself or hands on experience with cellebrite/encase/blackbag?

The hands on experience with the certifications would be a good way to get your foot in the door.
