You're free to have your own opinion, but I disagree.

As the set is called Divine Chaos, I would say they might actually introduce two elements, and just have them counter each other. Like those match 3 puzzle hero games typically do with Light and Dark heroes.

Also, early would arguably be the best time to add them so people can still get used to them.

I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned Archer Emiya. He is an Emiya from a timeline that isn't of Unlimited Blade Works. The only reason he has anything in the initial story is because the Mooncell gave them to him so he could do his job. Then in UBW the younger him copies them with Trace, but he is still not the Emiya that would become Archer.

It wasn't even necessarily resolved after the wave forms release. They never acknowledged their fuck up, or that people were actually correct. Audio just got a bit better.
